Unleash Energy thru Adventure

All new summer workshops at Project Adventure for youth! 

Play, discover, and learn through adventure!  This workshop is an opportunity for youth to build positive connections, increase self-confidence, and develop self-management skills through active, intentional adventure activities.  Each day will be full of experiential learning, outdoor exploration, and climbing on low & high elements at Project Adventure’s challenge course to support the growth of self-awareness, healthy risk-taking, communication, and resiliency.  Come to get your energy out in a positive, supportive community this summer at PA! 

** Low youth to staff ratio!

Each day we will use Adventure by: 

• Connecting our mind & body through play 

• Exploring nature through mindfulness and physical activity 

• Supporting each other on the Challenge Course 

• Learning skills to belay and climb as a group 

• Building teamwork to accomplish group goals 

• And having fun! 

All genders are welcome, Ages: 10-13 Years Old

Dates: August 17-21, 2026

Times: 9:00am-12:00pm 

Cost: $400*

*Cost doesn’t include Lunch or Transportation.
