What is imPAct?

imPAct @ Project Adventure develops leaders and teams who build trust, engage in healthy conflict, make clear decisions, and hold themselves accountable for results — especially under stress and change. Our experiential learning model integrates psychological safety, Challenge by Choice, and organizational health practices so participants don’t just learn about leadership — they practice it in real time. We strengthen credibility, courageous communication, decision clarity, ownership, and systems thinking through structured challenge and reflection all while having fun together!

Our Taste of imPAct is a 45-minute virtual series offering practical tools, tangible takeaways, and space to explore how each month’s leadership topic is showing up in your organization. It is offered on the third Thursday of every month from 4:00-4:45pm EST.

Cost = $30 per session
