Emotional literacy—the ability to identify, understand, and express emotions healthily—is vital for building strong relationships, enhancing communication, and managing stress effectively. It fosters empathy, reduces conflict, and improves academic or professional performance by enabling better regulation of emotions and improved, focused decision-making. Create learning opportunities with adventure focused on increasing understanding of one’s emotions and how they matter in our lives.
