Midwinter Recharge: A Community Building Experience for Educators
Winter can be a challenging time for educators—energy dips, stress rises, and the demands of the school year intensify. Midwinter Recharge is a restorative, community-building experience designed to support teachers during this critical time. Through engaging, reflective activities rooted in adventure education, participants will reconnect with their purpose, strengthen peer relationships, and leave feeling re-energized and supported.
This workshop creates space for educators to reflect, laugh, and collaborate in a positive, professional environment. Activities are designed to foster trust, communication, and resilience—skills that not only benefit staff culture but also translate directly into classroom practice. Administrators can expect their teams to return with renewed motivation, stronger connections, and practical strategies for sustaining a healthy school climate through the remainder of the year.
Key Benefits for Schools:
Boost staff morale and well-being during a stressful season
Strengthen team cohesion and communication among educators
Provide a model for creating positive, inclusive environments in classrooms
